For all failed transactions, if your account is debited, refunds are processed automatically by your bank within 10 to 28 days and/or maximum 90 days, as it is not credited to our account.
You may raise a concern in the bank from where you have done the transaction.

For Success Transaction, sometimes, if "Fee Payment Failed OR Order No. or Easebuzz ID / SBIePay Reference ID Invalid!" error is flashing during Login to Step - 2, Wait for 30 to 60 Minutes and Let the system get your payment updated and Don't initiate new transaction. Sometimes it may take 24 to 48 hours or more for payment update. Due to any reason, if your Fee Payment fails, please check Fee Payment status on the link given, before initiating another transaction.
